About Dunas Paraiso Tenerife
The popular Dunas Paraiso was established in 2004 and is situated sea front on a cliff top position.
Like other hotels in Playa Paraiso, the Dunas Paraiso operates as an “All Inclusive” resort. With 2 large swimming pools and an excellent choice of facilities, it is one of our most popular hotels in Tenerife.
Dining options include 3 restaurants, 2 of which are themed; other facilities include 3 bars, various shops and a nightclub. Younger guests may like to let off steam in the play area or the kid's club.
The Dunas Paraiso in our view offers astonishing value for money. In the past however, there has been some mixed reviews, this has been mainly because of other unscrupulous agents miss representing it. There have been 2 main problems. First is the area of Playa Paraiso which has no beach, the nearest is 10 minutes drive away in Costa Adeje, although the Dunas Paraiso provides a free shuttle service. The second problem is the lottery of star ratings. The difference between the highest and the lowest quality 4 star is massive. Our rating for the hotel Dunas Paraiso is 4 star “budget” (our other categories are standard and premier).
There are many hotels in Tenerife to choose from, but value for money, the Dunas Paraiso is virtually unbeatable. Though we rate it as a 4 star budget, the rooms are certainly deserving of a higher rating.
Rooms
Rooms: 500 rooms with side or frontal view either to the gardens or the ocean.
Standard Double/Twins (approx. 40 m2): With air conditioning, mini-fridge, safe for rent, TV, telephone, bathroom with shower, balcony with mountain view.
Suites (approx. 75 m2): large, with a separate living room. Additional equipment - microwave, coffee machine, bath, hairdryer, Balcony or Terrace, otherwise as a Double/Twin.
Senior Suite (approx. 90 m2): 2 bedrooms, separate living room, 2 bathrooms with bath, large balcony with sea view, otherwise the same as a Standard Suite.
Villa Type A (approx. 110 m2): Spacious and modern with separate living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, one of them only with shower and one with bath, large terrace with sea view.
Villa Type B (aprox. 150 m2): Providing same facilities as Type A, plus a feature jacuzzi bath. The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a direct dial telephone and a TV. A hire safe, a small fridge and centrally regulated air conditioning are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. From the balcony, guests have views to the surrounding area. .
